Clinical services
Therapy
Listening to my clients and truly hearing their needs is my focus in every session. I integrate ACT and EMDR to take your session beyond just venting about life’s problems to transform the way you view yourself and interact with the world around you. Research tells us one of the most important parts of effective therapy is finding someone who creates a safe space for you to truly be yourself. My work with you is built on the foundation of a strong therapeutic relationship.
I welcome you to get to know me more by scheduling a free 15 minute consultation.
Clinical Supervision
I support provisionally licensed therapists wanting to pursue advanced licensure and build strong clinical skills with weekly individual or small group supervision. My style is supportive, educational and direct. I have experience working in community mental health clinics in rural settings, in college counseling centers and with veterans at the Department of Veterans Affairs.
My roles over the past 10+ years of clinical work have varied from being a therapist, a clinical supervisor, an Assistant Clinic Director of an outpatient mental health clinic and Evidence-Based Psychotherapy Coordinator at the Wilmington VAMC.
